Hi everyone! (If this forum is still active...)

My name is Ben and I will be working up at Seagull this May-August 2010 for the first time. I have been marking the days off my calendar one by one and can't wait to get up there and experience the Boundary Waters for a whole 3 months.

I recently went on my first Boundary Waters canoe/camping trip August of 09 with 3 of my best buddies and it went off without  a hitch. We put in on Brule Lake and canoed over to Vernon Lake to find a perfect campsite and stayed for 3-4 days. I can't wait to learn much more about the Northern Minnesota Area and hope to see everyone soon!

Hi Ben!

Welcome to the Forum! Yes... It is still alive  I'm sure you will get the opportunity to meet many of the forum participants this year as you work at Seagull! You will love it and many of us are envious that you will have three months to enjoy the Northwoods! Enjoy it!
